Panzergruppe Guderian
Panzergruppe Guderian was formed on 5. June 1940 for the final attack on France. The group was redesignated XIX Armeekorps in July 1940. The corps was transferred to the Reich in July 1940.
Commanding General: Generaloberst Heinz Guderian.

XXXIX AK (mot)
This corps was formed in January 1940. It was assigned to the Gruppe Guderian in June 1940 and stayed in Eastern France until January 1940. It was transferred to SW France until June 1941, when it was transferred to the East. CO was Generaloberst Rudolf Schmidt.
XXXXI Pz AK
The XXXXI AK as formed in February 1940. It was assigned to 12. army in May and June 1940 until it was transferred back to the Reich in July 1940. CO was Generalobert Georg-Hans Reinhardt.
